Respect and Inclusivity
Treat all guests, venue staff, event organisers, and volunteers with courtesy and respect.
Discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour of any kind will not be tolerated.
Be mindful of others’ personal space and comfort.
Responsible Behaviour
Enjoy the evening responsibly, especially when consuming alcohol. Anyone displaying disruptive or unsafe behaviour may be asked to leave.
Aggressive, offensive, or unlawful conduct will result in removal from the event without a refund.
Follow any instructions given by event organisers or venue staff.
Dress Code
This is a formal event; black tie or evening attire is encouraged. Please dress appropriately for the occasion.
Photography and Media
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being included in such media.
If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform a member of the event team.
Raffles, Auctions & Donations
Participate in fundraising activities in good faith. Winning bids and purchases are final, and payment must be made promptly.
Any disputes will be handled by the event organisers, and their decision is final.
Health & Safety
Follow all venue safety guidelines and emergency procedures.
Notify a member of staff if you witness any hazards or medical emergencies.
Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Any form of verbal or physical abuse towards venue staff, event organisers, volunteers, or other guests will not be tolerated and will result in immediate removal.
